I started working with Alea IT Solutions about four months ago after meeting Ash on Upwork. Ash and Shweta put together a very strong proposal that beat out around twelve competing companies during our initial selection process.
Since then, we’ve continued working together successfully. Ash has expanded his team during our engagement, and our working relationship has grown to the point where he feels more like a friend than just a contractor. We stay in close contact, and communication has been excellent throughout.
The team has done a great job learning our processes, structure, and expectations—especially around how code is submitted and reviewed.
